Hospitality Icon The Legal Team

Hotel owners and managers are well aware of the nearly daily need for legal counsel, and as such, request assistance from our hospitality department on a routine basis. We accompany our clients in the hospitality sector throughout their legal endeavors, representing them in legal interactions with all relevant authorities, including the Israel Land Authority, the Ministry of Tourism, local authorities, and various planning and construction entities, as well as with their suppliers, employees and guests.

Our firm’s hospitality department represents and provides counsel to clients across a wide range of sectors, while placing particular emphasis on the hotel segment.

Our services include purchases and sales as well as rental transactions, establishing of hotels, issues of management, repeat leasing, business registration, tenders, insurance, and other processes. We also provide ongoing legal counsel pertaining to varying commercial agreements, including collaboration agreements, marketing agreements, licensing agreements, and contracting agreements, amongst others.

In addition, our department accompanies clients when dealing with labor law issues, while considering the unique collective agreements and arrangements that are unique to the hotel industry.

The department’s team is highly experienced in providing legal counsel and representing clients from the hotel, tourism and leisure sectors in Israel, having represented several hotel chains as well as boutique hotels.
