Our firm’s Regulation Practice offers regulatory counseling in a wide range of issues and sectors, including health and pharmaceuticals industries, planning and construction, securities and privacy law.

Our firm represents private and public organizations, including local companies and large-scale global corporations, assisting them in understanding and implementing legislation, guidelines and processes required by the Israeli authorities, such as writing internal procedures, enforcement plans, and submitting various objections and appeals.

The legal team practicing regulatory matters has extensive experience and is highly proficient in diverse regulatory aspects pertaining to the health and pharmaceutical industries, including medical devices, clinical trials, cosmetics, agreements with hospitals and HMOs, health systems, dealing with technological aspects and challenges, privacy, innovation, price control, crises management, registration, indications, enforcement plans, consumer protection, patient’s rights, and compliance. The team also offers clients counsel and representation before various authorities connected to these industries.

Our firm has a unique specialization in issues pertaining to the regulatory aspect of planning and construction, and is often involved in the preparation of relevant bills. Furthermore, our attorneys represent clients in the process of submitting comments to laws and regulations in this sector, including representation before regulatory entities and relevant parliamentary committees. We also define and prepare work procedures for some of the largest entities in the Israeli economy, especially in the infrastructure sector (e. g., the work procedure between the Israeli Police and NTA Metropolitan Mass Transit System for the purpose of infrastructure work).

Our regulation practice also includes the writing and implementation of enforcement plans in the securities sector for public corporations, as well as dealing with all the regulatory aspects of public corporations.

As part of this practice, our firm offers clients counsel on issues of privacy law, including the application and compliance of the local and European law, defining suitable practices, data protection agreements (DPAs) and data transfer agreements (DTAs).
