  1. Balter Guth Aloni (the “Firm” or “We“) see great importance in protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy is intended to give the user of our website at https://www.bgalaw.co.il (the “Site“), Information about the collection and use of the information we receive from you.

Providing information to other parties

  1. The user’s Information will not be transferred to third parties except as detailed below:

    • If the Firm is ordered to provide the user’s details by any competent authority or if the Firm faces a threat that legal action (criminal or civil) will be taken against the Firm, for actions performed by a user on the Site, or in case of any dispute between us and / or on our behalf, as required in dealing with such dispute.
    • The information may be transferred to other parties, for research, analysis of browsing habits, statistics as well as for advertising, marketing, improving service on the Site and similar business uses.
    • In any use of the Site, the user agrees to transfer the information, in any way, to third parties as specified in the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  1. The user is entitled to review the information collected and held by the Firm about the user under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. The Firm will not be liable for information contained by third parties and the user will have no claim and/or demand and/or claim against the Firm in connection with this.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

  1. The Firm may change from time to time the provisions of the Privacy Policy, at its sole discretion. The user’s continued activity on the Site after a change of the Privacy Policy, is deemed to be the user’s consent to the that the changes are binding on the user.
