Noy practices in communications and media law, defamation, intellectual property and internet law.
Noy has experience providing legal counsel to content websites and newsrooms. Between 2021 and 2025 she served as an attorney in the legal department of News 12 (The Israeli News Company), where she provided ongoing legal advice to the newsroom, including on matters of defamation, copyright, privacy, journalistic privilege and publication bans, and handled various litigation proceedings in court. Noy provides legal counsel to reporters, editors and producers from the investigative stage, through review of potential legal exposure, to publication.
She completed her internship at FBC & Co. in the Litigation, Communications and Defamation Department, where she took part in complex litigation matters and ongoing legal counsel for leading media organizations.
LL.B. in Law and B.A. in Government, IDC Herzliya — now Reichman University.
Noy worked as a teaching assistant at Reichman University with Dr. Aviv Gaon.
Admitted to the Israel Bar in 2021.
