Adv. Dudi Bechar is an attorney working with our Haifa Branch. Dudi began his career with one of Israel’s leading law firms in the fields of insurance and torts and for over 20 years he has been practicing in the fields of torts and insurance law – of which, more than 15 years with our firm. In effect, Adv. Bechar has been one of the core members of the Haifa branch from its inception.

As litigation constitutes a central and outstanding part of his ongoing work Adv. Bechar frequently appears before the various courts and judiciary tribunals in the Haifa and North Districts.

Dudi possesses vast knowledge and experience in a variety of tort aspects, including bodily injuries, property damages, work accidents, liability of local authorities and councils, accidents in educational institutions, road accidents, claims involving the National Insurance Institute, occupational diseases, and more.

With specific and unique expertise in tortious matters related to bodily injury cases, Adv. Bechar represents most Israeli insurance companies, as well as various private clients.

The fact that at the beginning of his legal career, Dudi chose to focus his practice in the fields of insurance, torts and civil litigation, has enabled him to acquire extremely rich knowledge in these spheres, which he leverages to the advantage of his clients while handling these cases.  Dudi is well acquainted with all the rulings handed down by judges handling these matters in the Haifa and North Districts, granting him an edge when appearing before them; in evaluating risks during all phases of the trial; while crystalizing decisions on behalf of his clients; and in choosing the best tactics based on the dynamic developments of the process.

Adv. Bechar received his LL.B. from Bar Ilan University and was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2002.
