Adv. Yair Moral interned at our Jerusalem office in 2021, and he joined the Planning and Construction Department at our Tel Aviv office in 2022.
Yair represents the firm’s clients before the various courts, in petitions filed to the High Court of Justice and the Court of Administrative Affairs, as well as in civil lawsuits including in the areas of compensation for expropriation, usage fees, evictions and more.
Yair regularly accompanies projects in the field of planning and construction with an emphasis on the planning and expropriation of land by various planning authorities and bodies.
Prior to his internship at our firm, Yair worked in a pre-intern capacity at the office of the Director-General of the Authority for Land Registration and Settlement which presides over appeals filed under the Land Law contesting decisions of the Land Registrars.
While in law school, Yair volunteered at the “Or Hamishpat” clinic which assists the “Bat Melech” organization with its legal matters, and at another clinic run by the Honorable Judge Tamar Bazak-Rapaport of the Jerusalem District Court.
Yair holds an L.L.B. degree from the Ono Academic College and was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2021.
