A real estate attorney for more than 25 years, Lior joined the firm as part of the merger with Zeev Liond & Co. He handles a wide range of real estate transactions and accompanies projects from the initial stages through final registration, including representing purchaser groups and owners in combination and urban renewal transactions, representation before planning committees and licensing authorities, and agreements relating to construction, execution, co-ownership, consolidation and partition, and the registration thereof.
