Or joined Zeev Liond & Co. (which recently merged with our firm), as a pre-intern in 2017, after serving as an auditor in the high-tech and biotech sectors at EY, and as an analyst in the commercial real estate sector at Bank Leumi. He was admitted to the Bar in 2022.
Or has gained broad experience in advising on and negotiating local and international commercial transactions, including acquisitions and sales of operations, commercial collaborations, and various investment transactions.
Today, in addition to his commercial practice, Or regularly advises and supports businesses on privacy protection and information security matters, in compliance with applicable laws in Israel, Europe, and the United States. In this context, he advises senior management and boards of directors on the implementation of organizational procedures and oversight processes for the lawful management of business information, and represents the firm’s clients in engagements with third parties relating to the protection and use of organizational information.
In addition, as an attorney certified by the General Custodian to prepare enduring powers of attorney, preliminary directives for the appointment of a guardian, and expressions of will, Or provides these services to the firm’s private clients, as well as services relating to the drafting of wills, estate distribution agreements between heirs, and their execution.
Or holds a Bachelor’s degree, with honors, in Business Administration and Accounting from Reichman University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Law from The College of Management Academic Studies.
