Professional Career | Judge Ishai Levit served for over 20 years on the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court, , and was Vice-President of that court from 1993 until February 2002.
Judge Levit was responsible for the Commercial Section of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa District Court, and ruled on and developed case law in numerous published and unpublished opinions on corporate and commercial matters including bankruptcy, reorganizations, schemes of arrangement as well as mergers and acquisitions. |
